The service team was incredibly helpful in quickly managing fender damage and replacing tires when my son's car was towed to the shop late in the day just before closing time. The crew members at McAtee were very skilled, and we were pleased beyond expectations with the speed of their work to ensure that my son could continue his journey yet that evening to Wisconsin.

Integrity at its finest. The transmission in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan started slipping. I parked it and called Mcatee right away. I had it towed. Nick got right to it. New years eve. I was sure he was going to tell me I needed a whole new transmission. He called back after looking at it. Said he thinks it is the gasket around the pan on the transmission. He said he believed ( and hoped like me) that a simple fix would be a new gasket. New Transmission oil. And it would be fine. It sure was. Now folks he could have said anything and I would have had to have done it. I need my van. It is how I operate my business. Nick was beyond upfront and full of integrity. A simple fix of $250, over a $3K plus transmission. They will be our "garage" for tires and mechanics forever. Thanks again guys for great work.
